Jade Room is a flyer printing and distribution company based at 16 Kallang Pl in Singapore. We print flyers in-house and deliver them ourselves, which means one team is accountable for a campaign from artwork through to the letterbox.
What We Actually Do
Most of our work is door-to-door distribution into HDB estates, landed homes and, through SingPost, private condominiums. We also run walkway handouts in high-traffic pedestrian areas, cardrop distribution onto vehicles in car parks, industrial letterbox delivery into factories and business parks, and quarterly packages targeting newly completed HDB BTO developments.
Because we print as well as distribute, the paper stock, size and quantity are matched to the delivery method from the start. That sounds like a small thing. In practice it is where most flyer campaigns go wrong: a printer produces something that does not distribute well, and nobody finds out until the boxes arrive.
Where We Work
We cover Singapore island-wide. Campaigns we have run include estates across Tampines, Punggol, Sengkang, Hougang, Eunos, Potong Pasir, Bukit Batok, Boon Keng and Woodlands, along with walkway distribution in shopping centres. You can read what works in each area on our distribution page.
Who We Work For
Our clients are businesses selling to households and to other businesses: property agents targeting specific blocks, interior designers and renovation firms timing campaigns to key collection, restaurants and cafes covering their delivery radius, and insurance and financial services reaching households at volume. Each has different requirements, which is why we plan routes rather than just print volume.
How We Price
Printing and distribution come as one package rather than two quotes. Ten thousand A5 flyers on 128gsm glossy artpaper, printed in full colour and delivered door to door across HDB estates, is SGD 550.00 single sided. Landed, walkway and industrial routes are SGD 870.00. If you already have flyers printed, distribution alone starts at SGD 28.00 per 1,000 copies.
